In this role I was responsible for the total operational running of a fast-paced retail store including customer service, staff recruitment, training, administration, visual merchandising, data analysis and reporting to head office.

Within 3 months, I Ied my team to exceed quarterly budget by $30k. Furthermore, I achieved and maintained the #1 sales position in the company for the first 10 weeks under my leadership. This resulted in the prevention of the location closure and procurement of a new 2-year lease.
